Getting your November results
The results of the November 2008 examinations will be sent by first class post or airmail on 15 January 2009 for strategic level and TOPCIMA, and 22 January 2009 for managerial level.
Results by email and online
To receive your results by email, log into your MY CIMA account to register. Select 'My communication preferences', scroll down to the heading 'Exam results' and check the box to receive your results by email. You need to do this by Wednesday 7 January 2009.
Please note that we cannot give out results on the telephone or to personal callers at any CIMA office for security reasons.
Boost your understanding with post exam guides
Our post exam guides are an invaluable study resource for your future exams. The guides have:
- the exam questions
- the rationale for each question
- suggested approaches
- the outline marking scheme
- the examiners' comments on the way the answers were addressed.
The guides for the November 2008 exams will be available three to four months after the exams, so watch our study resources section for these.
Script review services
After the November exam results are released, we will offer a script review service for the three strategic level subjects and the TOPCIMA exam.
The service is only available if you received between 40 and 49 marks in the paper for which you want a script review.
We also offer an administrative review service for all managerial and strategic level papers.
Pencil in your May 2009 exam dates and deadlines now
The next exams will take place on 19, 20, 21 May 2009.
Online exam entry for these exams will be available from Monday 2 February 2009.
The standard closing date for entry is noon on Monday 16 March 2009. Entries after this date will be accepted only as a late entry, and you will have to pay a late entry fee. The deadline for late entries is noon Monday 23 March 2009.
You must pay your exam fees online when you enter for them.
The 2009 fees are:
Managerial level - £65
Strategic level - £70
TOPCIMA - £92
If you wish to sit managerial level exams in May 2009, you must have completed all of your certificate level subjects by 1 March 2009.
