The assessment for Fundamentals of Ethics, Corporate Governance and Business Law has been updated to include the 2006 Companies Act. Both this new assessment and the existing assessment - which includes the UK 2000 Companies Act - are available simultaneously until 31 December 2008 at your nearest CBA centre. After 31 December, only the newer assessment will be available.
When booking with your CBA centre, please specify which assessment you wish to sit.
The new edition of the CIMA Learning Study System published in July 2008 will be updated in line with the 2006 Act.
