CIMA's relevance in business (19 April 2012)
This event aimed to raise the awareness of CIMA's designatory letters and the competences and skills gained at each level of the qualification. The speakers were from both CIMA and PwC.

24 HR representatives from leading companies discussed the syllabi of the CIMA professional qualification and the diploma in performance management in Russian, as well as CIMA’s cooperation with international companies to keep the qualifications relevant to businesses' needs.

Practical experience requirements workshop (11 April 2012)
Fiona Harvey, market director at CIMA, presented to a group of strategic level students about how to fill in their practical experience requirements in preparation for applying for CIMA membership. Students found the event helpful and were able to raise their questions.

Exam techniques sessions (13 and 20 April 2012)
CIMA held two sessions: one face-to-face, run by CIMA tutor, Dilip Patel, and one online, run by Rebecca McCaffry ACMA, CGMA, study support and learning specialist at CIMA.

The events attracted 55 attendees and focused on helping students to effectively study and prepare for May 2012 exams. Topics covered were time management, revision methods, how to please the examiner, knowledge gaps from previous exam diets.
