CIMA diploma in performance management in Arabic

For the first time, CIMA is offering part of its professional syllabus in the Arabic language.

The CIMA diploma in performance management in Arabic is the first qualification offered by a global professional body with a focus on management accounting topics in Arabic.

Who is the diploma for?

This tailored qualification is for management accounting specialists, finance professionals, accountants and non financial managers who want skills in using finance information for management decision making.

It offers two significant market advantages:

  • professional recognition of a CIMA international qualification
  • demonstrable expertise in performance related aspects of management accounting.

Course modules

There are two compulsory modules taken from the CIMA 2010 professional qualification syllabus:

These modules will teach students how to decide whether a long term project is financially viable and how to prepare budget forecasts.

Students will also learn methods of managing costs and how to evaluate and manage the performance of different units of an organisation.

Exemptions

Completing P1 and P2 will give students exemptions for equivalent papers in English and all five papers in  the CIMA certificate in business accounting.

Exams

Exams are fully equivalent of the P1 and P2 CIMA exams translated into Arabic. They will be held twice a year, in May and November, at dedicated exam centres in the Middle East.
