Train to gain
Organisations in England and Wales could benefit from up to GBP1000 from the learning and skills council for CIMA Mastercourses.
Organisations in the private sector with five to 249 employees can gain funding for management training through the government's 'train to gain' service, which offers an in depth skills analysis for owner/managers, plus grant support of up to GBP1000 to develop leadership and management skills.
For small businesses (less than 50 employees), 'train to gain' may be able to contribute to the cost of your staff spending time away from work undertaking agreed training.
