Terms and conditions

For all events, courses and mastercourses

All prices exclude VAT.

For standard bookings, the following conditions apply:

  • if you have to cancel, please fax/email the details to us up to 14 days before the course for a refund
  • if you have to cancel within 13 days of the course date, your fee will not be refunded
  • you can transfer to another course at no charge up to two working days before the course; please fax/email the details to us
  • an admin charge will be incurred if you transfer within two working days of the course date.

To change the person attending, please fax/email details to us. No charge will be incurred.

On courses run by our business partners (ie ACCA, CIPFA, ICAS and Reed) we apply their booking terms and conditions, details of which we can confirm if you contact us.

For all bookings:

  • if we cancel a course we will refund your fees; we regret that we cannot cover additional expenses
  • when we receive your booking, we will check course availability before invoicing or processing payment.

We may send you further information about other courses and conferences. Let us know if you don't want this information: log into MY CIMA and update your communication preferences under My Details.

Non members should email mastercourses@cimaglobal.com with the words 'Do not mail' as the subject heading.
