Gary Ashworth, director, A1 Aspirations Ltd, specialises in advanced performance management. He has extensive implementation experience in a wide range of organisations, has spoken internationally and been published widely on the subject through Pearson/Financial Times Publications and Financial Management.

He led the performance management practices in two of the major consulting firms over a number of years, and has since set up several successful commercial ventures.
