Exemption Search

Using the exemption finder below, type in the name of your university or college and choose the country it is in, and run the search.

List of exemptions

If your qualification is on our database of accredited decisions, you will see which CIMA papers you may be exempt from. Please note that you must have qualified during the years stated on the database and have taken the required modules.

How are exemptions awarded?

Qualifications are assessed for exemptions award on application from the awarding institution. Students who have completed an accredited degree cannot apply for further exemptions from CIMA exams. Accreditation applications are only accepted from the awarding institution and not from individual students.

Fees

You will be charged an exemption fee for each exemption awarded to you. This fee will be same as the exam fee for that subject.
